Certificate
The cloth used in each dome product is custom made for this specific 
application. Each batch of cloth manufactured for our domes 
must pass this stringent laboratory testing for fire retardancy before it is accepted 
for manufacturing of the dome. And as such, domes materials have been tested by SGS and meet the highest standards as set by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Certificates of materials testing is available upon request.
Warranty
All domes are accompanied by a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 full year. Damage not covered under warranty can be repaired at a fair and reasonable price.
Please note that our cloth based domes are not warrantied for outdoor use. Many customers use their domes outdoors but do so at their own risk.

Additional hardware components are warrantied for longer periods of time depending on the specified manufacturer warranty of each individual part.
